O Future Breeze

A dance of chimes O melody
Todays harp whines a broken key
O mountain peaks crumble way.

Distant drums rest eternally
Peaceful world, love respectfully
Doves make flight, O sunny day.

The Night Is Young

A song in my heart
the night is young
where dreams have their start
and have just begun.

A dream in my soul
and love from my lips
a purpose and goal,
my heartbeat skips.

The stars in the sky
twinkle with delight,
you're the reason why
you light up my night.

For all the todays
and all the tomorrows,
forever and always...
an end to my sorrows.

Hi Orkida,

You are very welcome dear friend.  It left an eternal message with me and I am sure with others who read it.  This is the power within words. Yes, poetry does heal.

Have a great week,
hugs and blessings to you too,
Marie Smiley

Hi Marie,

This is more like a soul poetry, and there is no space for more words. I just know that this poetry heals. This is the power of poetry, to heal and leave an eternal message...I'm thrilled you liked it.

Hugs and Blessings,

Your friend,

Orkida Smiley
